🙂 Good for Elaine. I know she has worked very hard at trying to help those leaving.

I certainly hope they get it! Where I live, I cannot get police reports or physical evidence on open criminal investigations unless I obtain a court order compelling them. Once the investigation is closed, the reports are fair game.

Elaine has a new entry at the HOPE site. Titled: I-Team: Lucrative Government Contracts Questioned
This is the same woman I’ve had contact with. This is the woman that I don’t think would do anything to harm the HOPE Org. and all the work they’ve done by this book burning stunt.
I don’t know how much everyone knows about the background of the HOPE. org but they’ve been around a long time. And imo they’ve shown a strength that many others have failed to do. They’ve stood up for those whose voices were truly unheard.
And they’ve shared. And it is imo because of their strenght to stand up that others have and continue.
Everyone kept saying Ruth was crazy. She wasn’t and isn’t crazy. She was sick and had faced a lifetime of ABUSE. Not just physically but mentally. She was surrounded by craziness.
People NEED to know there is someone, something out there that can count on. They NEED to know who they can trust.
I hope Elaine puts the above notice on her sight because I must say it is exactly the action that the HOPE.org is all about. Standing up for yourself and what you believe in.
Done with rant and sorry it took so long to say it.

There is a current investigation of the twin cities and their civil rights abuses, add this latest adventure to the list!

If find Ruth’s posts to be very sad and tragic, but at the same time her strength still shines through.

I can’t say enough good about HOPE, my donation ( although small) goes to them when I see Carolyn J. or Flora attacked. Both are courageous women, just like HOPE is courageous and they truly have the people at heart.
