So does anyone know exactly who Rod Parker’s client is? At this point he can’t represent both Willie and Lyle. They aren’t part of the same group any longer.

Rod Parker was very careless. He has a date of Dec 21, 2011.

That was a fast smack down of Rod Parker’s appeal. Sent on Friday, denied on Monday. The 10th circuit court obviously did not spend much time on it before issuing their ruling.

I like Judge Lindberg’s middle name. Yeah I know, would be spelled different, but it just made me giggle.

I thought that Terry Goddard was no longer the attorney general of Arizona ? Why does his name appear on this document ?

I am confused. I thought the circuit court was to get all the information by the of April (May?) and then decide, so was this an appeal to get them to speed up?

Terry Goddard was the AG of Arizona at the time of the original filings. I think Thomas Horne is the current AG, but I’m not totally sure.
As for the 10th Circuit Court in Utah, that’s a Federal Appeals Court. The Utah AG, AZ AG, and others are appealing Benson’s Order about the UEP trust.

Judge Benson just handed down a 20 year sentence to a child pornographer.
U.S. District Judge Dee Benson on Monday ordered Briggs to a 20-year term, the maximum possible for the crime.
He cited Briggs’ history of preying on children when handing down the sentence
Same judge that wants to give Warren Jeffs $110 million. I guess he doesn’t consider the FLDS girls to be children. Or maybe he is only against preying on children if the preying isn’t being done by Warren Jeffs and his followers.

Here’s another one: U.S. District Judge Dee Benson today also sentenced an Idaho man for not registering as a sex offendor. Yet he fully supports sex offendor Warren Jeffs and wants to give him $110 million while in jail on child rape charges. Hmmm!
