Read it for yourself. Here’s the appellate decision in Bill Medvecky’s case of grand larceny, burglary, and tampering with governmental records.

TBM, good for you. He should know that this is a 2-way street.
Keep up the good work exposing this disgusting criminal’s lies.

I love law lingo that goes like this:
“We have examined defendant’s (William Medvecky) other contentions of error and find them unpersuasive.”

Such a long list of debtors for medvecky,,, seems all of florida is or has sued him.

Some days I am just so proud to be from New York. What a good swift kick in the pants.
The current minimum sentence here for first degree sexual abuse of a child is five years; I don’t know what it was in 1981, but it was probably about the same. So if he was guilty of sexually abusing the boy, he halved his sentence by destroying the document.
The dumb thing was not dumping the whole file in the Hudson and telling the cops “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Most New York juries would believe a lawyer who argued that the problem was the incompetency of our bureaucratic filing system rather than his client’s brazen theft.
Stupidity can be such poetic justice.

Bill deleted a link to this site that “Pins” posted – I guess he is afraid to let his buddies see his dirty laundry aired out.
And yet there is more. Did I hear there were other judgements and charges?
